Our No Return Policy

LittleBhakt operates a NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE policy for all products.

Once an order is placed, confirmed, and delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

What We DO Accept

Conditions:

  • Original packaging must be intact

2. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

  • A completely different product than what you ordered
  • Wrong size (when the size on the product differs from what was ordered)
  • Wrong color or variant

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact

3. Damaged During Transit

If the product arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Visible damage to outer packaging should be reported before accepting delivery

How to Report Genuine Issues

If you believe your order qualifies for return under the above conditions:

Style preferences - "It looks different than I expected" (when product matches description)

Delayed delivery complaints - If delivery is within the promised timeframe

Used, washed, or worn products - Even if tags are still attached

Products without tags - All original tags and labels must be intact

Damaged due to misuse - Tears, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Orders placed during sales - All sale items are final sale (clearly marked)

Customized or personalized items - Made-to-order products cannot be returned

Innerwear and intimate apparel - For hygiene reasons

Refund Policy

For Approved Returns Only:

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
