1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India, including:
- Metro cities and major urban areas
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Rural and remote areas (subject to courier serviceability)
- Union Territories
Non-Serviceable Areas:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes in certain locations
- Some remote areas may have limited courier access

Address Requirements:
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including landmark
- Ensure your contact number is active for delivery coordination
- Apartment/building name and flat number are required for residential deliveries
- Company name is required for office deliveries

Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping:
- Most economical option for regular deliveries
- Available across all serviceable pin codes

3. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing:

Extended Processing Time:

4. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

- COD vs. prepaid payment

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of order dispatch (not order placement) and vary by location:
Metro Cities:

- Weather conditions and natural calamities
- Political unrest, strikes, or bandhs

6. Order Tracking
Tracking Your Order: We want you to stay informed about your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
How to Track:
- Check your email for the dispatch notification containing tracking details
- Click the tracking link provided in the email
- Alternatively, log in to your LittleBhakt account and view order status
- Use the AWB/tracking number on the courier's website
Tracking Information Updates:
- Tracking information is usually activated within [24 HOURS] of dispatch

- You'll receive notifications for key milestones (dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered)
Tracking Status Explained:
- Order Confirmed: Payment received, order being processed
- Order Dispatched: Package handed to courier partner
- In Transit: Package is traveling to your city
- Out for Delivery: Package is with delivery executive for final delivery
- Delivered: Package successfully delivered
- Delivery Attempted: Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful
- RTO (Return to Origin): Package is being returned (see Section 7)
Unable to Track? If you're unable to track your order or have concerns about delivery status:

7. Delivery Process and Issues
Delivery Procedure:
Standard Delivery:
- Courier will attempt delivery to the address provided
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Valid ID proof may be required, especially for COD orders
- Delivery executive will call the registered mobile number
COD Deliveries:
- Payment must be made in exact cash to the delivery executive
- Request a receipt/invoice at the time of delivery
- UPI/card payment may not be accepted by delivery personnel
Delivery Attempts:
- Couriers typically make [2-3] delivery attempts
- If delivery is unsuccessful, package may be held at local courier office
- You'll be notified to arrange self-pickup or reschedule delivery
- After [3-5 DAYS] without successful delivery, package may be returned to us
Inspection Before Acceptance: We encourage you to inspect packages before accepting delivery:
- Check for external damage to the packaging
- Verify the package is sealed and intact
- Open and inspect contents in front of delivery executive (if possible)
- Report any visible damage immediately
- For COD orders, do not make payment if package is damaged
Refused or Undelivered Packages: If you refuse delivery or package cannot be delivered:
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from refund
- COD charges are non-refundable
- Please contact us immediately if you need to refuse delivery
Common Delivery Issues and Solutions:
Issue: "Delivery Attempted but I was available"
- Contact the delivery executive directly (number in tracking)
- Coordinate with courier customer service
- Reach out to us for assistance
Issue: "Package shows delivered but I didn't receive it"
- Check with family members, neighbors, or security
- Verify delivery address and contact number
- Contact courier immediately
- Report to us within 24 hours for investigation
Issue: "Package is damaged"
- Do not accept delivery if damage is visible
- If accepted, photograph damage immediately

- We'll arrange return and replacement/refund
Issue: "Wrong product delivered"
- Contact us immediately with order details and photos
- Do not use or remove tags from the product
- We'll arrange return pickup and send correct item

- We'll work to expedite delivery or investigate delays
Delivery During Holidays:
- Courier services may be limited during national holidays
- Deliveries may not occur on Sundays in some areas
- Plan orders accordingly during festival seasons
8. Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Before Dispatch:
- You can modify delivery address before order is dispatched

- Provide order number and new address details
- Address change may delay processing by [1 BUSINESS DAY]
After Dispatch:
- Address changes are generally not possible after dispatch
- Contact the courier directly with AWB number (success not guaranteed)
- We recommend careful address verification before placing orders
9. Failed Delivery and RTO (Return to Origin)
Reasons for RTO:
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailable or unreachable
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Customer refused delivery
- Package undeliverable due to location issues
RTO Process:
- Package is returned to our warehouse
- We'll contact you to understand the issue
- Depending on the reason, we may:
- Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply)
- Process a refund minus return shipping costs
- Hold order for your instructions
RTO Charges:
- If RTO occurs due to customer error (wrong address, unavailability, refusal), return shipping costs of ₹100 will be deducted from refund
- For COD orders, COD charges are non-refundable
- If RTO is due to our error, no charges apply
Avoiding RTO:
- Provide accurate, complete address with landmarks
- Ensure contact number is active and reachable
- Respond to delivery executive's calls promptly
- Track your order and be available during estimated delivery
- Inform us in advance if you'll be unavailable
10. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Lost Shipments: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window:

- If shipment is confirmed lost, we'll offer:
